All the main preparation phases, from shelling the cone to peeling the shell, are carried out in the Cedar House, on wooden equipment, while the peeling takes place automatically.

Until the moment of production, the walnut is stored in cones, in order to preserve its nutritional value as much as possible and it is almost impossible to find spoiled walnuts in the packaging.
